About Samuel and Lola

Samuel is married to Lola and they have four children together, Hephzibah, Jedidiah, Ebenezer and Rebecca. Samuel and Lola have a heart for people. Samuel studied Microbiology at Obafemi Awolowo University, Nigeria in the early 90’s. Samuel presently work in the health and social care industry as a CQC Registered Manager and trainer.

Lola studied marketing in Nigeria and worked with Nigerian Tribune Newspapers. Lola believes that the home is the bedrock of any Christian Ministry, because of this she has devoted a bulk of her time in the United Kingdom to home making. Now that the children are older; she has started a course of study leading to a B.Sc. in Biomedical science.

 

What to expect? 

The present members of this group are from Africa, Caribbean, United Kingdom and Bulgaria, membership is open to all nationalities and cultures. Members are a mix of gender and ages. They open with a time of music and worship before an in-depth discussion of the content of previous Sunday's preach allowing time at the end to pray together.  The group promote a learning environment, where people can make mistakes and learn from others. Weekly attendance level is fluid as members have commitments that sometimes affect attendance. However, relationships in the life cell are kept going via electronic media. This group is a real support network to each other. 

What time is it?
Tuesday Evening 7.30-9pm

Where is it?
This cell meets a stonesthrow away from Barking town centre.
